1. Service Agreement
Welcome to the [[COMPANY_NAME]] platform. By engaging our B2B cleaning and operational services, you're agreeing to the following terms. We've built these to ensure our cleaners, logistics partners, and you, the property manager, stay on the same page.
1.1 Turnover Window
Our turnaround cleaning services are strictly optimized for the 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM window. We've found that this 6-hour block is the sweet spot for vacation rentals. Can we accommodate exceptions? Sometimes, but they must be logged via the dashboard 48 hours in advance to avoid surge pricing.
1.2 Meteorological Scheduling Sync
We're the only provider in the UK and Ireland using live weather data to optimize linen drying and transport routes. If a weather event (Yellow Warning or higher) occurs, [[COMPANY_NAME]] reserves the right to adjust arrival times by up to 90 minutes. Don't worry, you'll get a push notification immediately.
1.3 Guest Readiness Guarantee
Each clean is backed by our digital audit. We take high-resolution photos of the staged property. If a guest complains about cleanliness within 2 hours of check-in, we'll dispatch a rapid-response team at zero cost to you. That's the [[COMPANY_NAME]] promise.
2. Fees and B2B Billing
We keep the paperwork simple. All B2B partnerships are billed on a fortnightly cycle. Why? Because it keeps cash flow predictable for both of us.
Important Billing Note
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service window incur a 50% call-out fee. We've got to look after our crews' schedules.
2.1 Linen Management
Unless otherwise specified, linen sets (towels, bedsheets, bathmats) are rented on a per-stay basis. We manage the laundry, the transport, and the folding. If linen is damaged beyond repair by a guest, we provide the documentation you need to claim against their security deposit.
